Why Homeopathy?
And what can it help with...
What is homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a holistic form of medicine which uses highly diluted substances to stimulate the body's innate healing response.
Homeopathy can be used alongside conventional medical treatment e.g. supporting recovery from surgeries/traumas, emotional support, manage side effects of conventional treatments.
Homeopathic Research
Homeopathy is the second largest system of medicine in the world used by over 200 million people. It’s recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
If you're interested in research that's currently being conducted in the UK and internationally, you can find more information here at the Homeopathic Research Institute (HRI) and their ongoing research here.
Acute and Chronic Conditions
Homeopathy has the potential to help patients with a wide range of conditions both acute (short term aliments) and chronic (long term health issues) e.g. anxieties, low moods, chronic fatigue, colds, tonsillitis, cystitis, skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea), insomnia and hormonal issues, including through peri-menopause symptoms and post-menopause.

Pregnancy and Children
Through pregnancy, remedies can offer relief from common acute ailments like nausea, fatigue, insomnia, aches and pains - all whilst being safe, natural and complimenting the conventional medical system. I work with PBY in Cheshire supporting expecting and new mums.
I'm particularly interested in my practice in supporting children and young adults - looking at common complaints like behavioural issues, anxieties, sleep issues, skin complaints and support through childhood illnesses.
